Formerly known as BBTV, RHEI has introduced RHEI Data Pro, a platform that enables content creators to make a substantial income by licensing their content to artificial intelligence (AI) companies. For every 1,000 hours of licensed video, creators may earn up to $100,000 with this new data monetization platform.
Empowering creators through AI collaboration
The rapid growth of generative AI has made creators worried, particularly regarding unauthorized usage of their content. In order to solve this, RHEI makes sure content creators maintain control over their work. Shahrzad Rafati, CEO of RHEI, explained, “We want creators to play an active role in AI’s evolution and be fairly compensated when their work contributes to innovation.”
Data Pro gives creators an easy method to retain ownership rights while licensing their recordings to AI companies. Rafati guaranteed that RHEI exclusively works with businesses that use consent-based data. “Whether it’s 500 hours or 10,000 hours of quality content, every creator has a chance to participate,” she added.
How the platform works
Once a creator opts into the program, RHEI’s team handles the preparation of their content. This includes packaging videos with metadata to maximize their value before transferring them to AI partners. In exchange for a fixed fee per licensed hour, creators simply give their consent. Even though RHEI receives a portion of these profits, the precise amount is not made public.
According to Rafati, RHEI has already partnered with “trillion-dollar technology companies” for more than $35 million. Although exact identities are still being kept under wraps, companies like Amazon, Microsoft and Alphabet are possible partners. According to RHEI, this strategy will give creators a steady source of income.
The future of AI and creativity
With 5 petabytes of content ready for AI training, RHEI envisions a new era it calls the “Augmented Creativity Era.” Lewis Ball, RHEI’s Chief Strategy and Product Officer, emphasized, “Data isn’t just foundational—it’s a growth driver. We’re redefining its role into a revenue stream for creators.”
Rafati concluded, “AI and creators working together is the future. We’re here to ensure creators are key players in this transformation.”
