Amazon and Creators HQ have launched a new initiative aimed at helping content creators in the United Arab Emirates turn their audiences into commerce opportunities. The Amazon Creators Foundry was announced at the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai and is designed to support UAE-based creators in building and selling products on Amazon.ae and beyond.

Creators HQ, the Middle East’s first dedicated content creators’ hub was established with backing from initiatives focused on attracting digital talent and supporting long-term creator growth. The 1 Billion Followers Summit, where the partnership was revealed, brings together thousands of creators and influencers from around the world each year. The program aims to bridge creators’ audience insights with practical ecommerce support, helping them transform creative ideas into tangible products available to online shoppers.

“The UAE has established itself as a global destination for the creator economy. Initiatives like Amazon Creators Foundry give creators the tools to turn ideas into sustainable online businesses,” Alia Al Hammadi said, UAE Government Media Office and 1 Billion Followers Summit CEO.

What Amazon Creators Foundry offers

Under the new program, eligible creators in the Creators HQ network can develop, launch and scale their own products by leveraging Amazon’s ecommerce infrastructure and tools. Participants will have access to mentorship and education covering topics such as product development, online retail fundamentals, digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies. They can also set up dedicated storefronts on Amazon.ae and receive credits for Amazon Ads to help promote their products in search results and reach wider audiences.

In addition to support on the UAE marketplace, some creators may be able to list and sell their products on Amazon’s global selling platform, potentially connecting them with customers around the world. This global access is facilitated through Amazon’s international seller programs, which link marketplaces in different regions and support cross-border commerce.
