Twitch streamer Jinnytty experienced a distressing situation during a livestream in Poland after allegedly being followed by a man who later attempted to enter her hotel room. The incident occurred while the creator was participating in her ongoing “Wobblethon” cycling challenge, which involves traveling from Poland to Romania while livestreaming the journey to viewers.

According to clips shared online, Jinnytty resumed her broadcast late at night while visibly shaken and sheltering inside her hotel room. A chair had been placed against the door as she told viewers that a man had repeatedly knocked on her room and attempted to get inside. She later contacted emergency services while viewers encouraged her to remain in the room until authorities arrived.

Concerns around IRL streaming safety

Jinnytty later explained that the individual appeared to recognize her from the livestream and had spoken with her earlier that evening at the hotel. According to her account, the man later returned after the stream had ended and allegedly tried to force his way into the room. During the broadcast, she stated that she restarted the stream because she feared for her safety and wanted viewers to be aware of the situation.

Many viewers also praised fellow streamer Mokrysuchar, who reportedly arrived to assist Jinnytty after police responded and later helped her leave the area safely.

Creator protection during streams

Concerns around harassment, stalking, and boundary violations have become increasingly common topics among livestream creators, especially after Emiru’s assault at TwitchCon 2025. Real-time broadcasting can create stronger audience engagement, but it also increases public visibility and unpredictability during travel and public appearances.
