YouTube creator Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, has released a new animated series titled “MrBeast Lab,” expanding his brand beyond YouTube videos. The series is based on his toy line of the same name, created in partnership with Australian manufacturer Moose Toys.
“MrBeast Lab” is located on a dedicated YouTube channel called Beast Animations. The short-form series features characters and storylines drawn from the MrBeast Lab toy universe, connecting Donaldson’s merchandise business with his digital entertainment audience.
A growing media ecosystem
The “MrBeast Lab” toy collection launched in 2024, featuring collectible figures and playsets inspired by Donaldson’s large-scale challenge videos and science-themed experiments. The animated series adapts those ideas into kid-friendly storytelling while maintaining the recognizable energy of his main channel.
“BeastLabs is out now! Episodes are only 3 minutes because hiring so many talented artists is expensive, and I want to practice before I make a full-length 12-episode/20-minute show. They crushed, let me know what you think,” MrBeast posted on X.
Donaldson has previously expanded his business into food products, branded merchandise and international channels. The addition of a dedicated animated property marks another step in his efforts to develop a multi-platform brand that reaches beyond YouTube’s core audience.
Creator-led expansion in entertainment
The partnership between MrBeast and Moose Toys is part of a larger movement among digital creators entering licensed products and entertainment production. Other online personalities have pursued similar collaborations to extend their brands across streaming platforms, retail and animation.
Neither Donaldson nor Moose Toys have shared details on episode performance or distribution plans.
