Meta is introducing a new incentive program designed to bring more creators back to Facebook, with guaranteed monthly payouts and built-in growth tools.

The initiative, called Creator Fast Track, offers select creators financial incentives and expanded reach in exchange for posting content on the platform. The new initiative is part of Meta’s creator ecosystem that competes aggressively with platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

Qualification

Under the program, eligible creators can earn up to $1,000 per month if they have at least 100,000 followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Those with over one million followers can earn as much as $3,000 per month during the program period.

The payments are guaranteed for three months, giving creators a predictable income stream as they begin posting on Facebook.

To qualify, creators must meet certain criteria, including having an existing audience on other platforms and actively publishing content on Facebook during the program.

Built to attract creators from other platforms

Unlike traditional monetization tools, Creator Fast Track specifically targets creators who already have a following elsewhere.

The goal is to make it easier for established influencers to grow quickly on Facebook while earning money from day one. In addition to payouts, participants also get access to Facebook’s monetization tools and increased distribution for their content.

The new program is also replacing earlier incentive models like the Reels Play bonus, which offered performance-based payouts. With Creator Fast Track, Meta is focusing more on guaranteed earnings and onboarding support rather than purely rewarding viral content.

As competition between platforms intensifies, programs like Creator Fast Track show how companies are increasingly willing to pay creators upfront, not just for performance, but for their presence.
